Once, Shakespeare said «All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players…».
Waking early in the morning you can feel yourself out of the theater of this life and out of your part in it as if you are behind the curtains. While the world is sleeping you do not take part in it, feeling freedom and all by yourself. During these early hours there is no theater and no actor, only You.
This time is called Brahma muhurta which translates from Sanskrit to “time of Brahma,” “sacred time,” “time of divinity,” or “the creator’s time.” It is the earliest part of the morning, just before sunrise. During this period our prana or life force energy is derived to be strongest. It begins 96 minutes before sunrise and lasts for 48 minutes. This is the best time for different yoga practices because it is believed that the mind and body are in the perfect state of balance at this time. The air is calm and peaceful, and the silence brings a sense of serenity.

You just have to wake up 10 times at 3:30 am before.
